Kim Pollar

President, Kim Pollard

The mastermind behind Bookkeeper Girl Inc, Pollard created Bookkeeper Girl, Inc. to be a unique business, just as she is. Kim gives the credit of her success to the touch of God’s hand, the love and support of her family, and the guidance of good mentoring from friends and business associates.

Q: Why did you launch Bookkeeper Girl, Inc.?

A: After listening to “This stuff drives me crazy” and spending the past five years specializing in the online version of QuickBooks, I had the perfect combination for the company: Clients & Technology. I have spent years working with technology trying to make extra money, many times while my kiddos were sleeping. I wanted to start a company that would allow working parents the same flexibility that I was given while raising my children. I believe in technology and a good team. I feel this company provides both!

Q: How can you help clients ranging from individuals to large corporations?

A: We tailor each client’s bookkeeping solutions to their individual needs. Our working environment and procedures are extremely organized. We keep the terminology “keep it creative and simple” as the focus of every aspect of our operations. I believe the foundation for success in any money management system, at any level, is based on concise bookkeeping. Although each client may have specific needs, we have a streamlined methodology that works for all.

Q: How will you measure the success of Bookkeeper Girl, Inc.?

A: In my eyes, success is measured in the legacy you leave behind and the lives you touch along the way‐ not what you gain, but what you give. We have launched a company that allows long‐term relationship building with clients, friends, business associates, employees, charities. People are connecting, using our team as a resource. At the end of the day, provide people and businesses with so much more than bookkeeping and payroll services! In my eyes, this is Success!
