Moving to the heart of Texas seen as logical next step in company’s ongoing nationwide expansion project

Kim Cash, founder of BookkeeperGirl.com, a leading online bookkeeping service, announced today that the company’s corporate office has moved to downtown Austin right next to the Capitol building on Congress Avenue. Bookkeeper Girl.com opened its virtual doors 10 years ago in Downtown Denton and has quickly become a household name not only for small-business owners across the nation seeking an online, affordable, and trustworthy bookkeeper but also for talented women who desire the opportunity to work virtually in a competitive industry from the convenience of their own home.

“A wise person once told me, ‘Quit talking about this million-dollar dream you have and start living it,’” Cash said. “So, I decided it was time to leave my comfort zone and make a life in Austin – one that allows me to maintain my family farm near Abilene and one that will hopefully allow me to leave a legacy behind to my Level 10 blessings who call me mom and Grammy.”

Cash added, “Faith First has always been our motto. We’ve made it to Austin and certainly look forward to stepping ahead to the great unknown this coming year!”

BookkeeperGirl.com uses technology to provide bookkeeping with a personal touch while eliminating the expense and time drain of face-to-face meetings. They use Intuit QuickBooks and tools like Yammer, Skype, email, and texting to communicate securely to give clients the experience of having a bookkeeper on staff. Businesses can outsource payroll and bookkeeping services such as bill pay, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll administration with free direct deposit, online bookkeeping, and monthly reviews.

BookkeeperGirl.com began in early 2008 as an online-only service before opening its first office in Denton. Between 2009 and 2013, the company added satellite offices in Dallas, Austin, and Abilene. Not long thereafter, Cash was able to grow the company’s footprint by partnering with local CPAs and nationwide vendors. The company’s licensee program creates partnerships with women nationwide who service clients from East Coast to West Coast. Currently, Cash has seven women on her “Foundational” team.

More about Kim Cash

Kim Cash is the epitome of the “think-big entrepreneur.” She launched BookkeeperGirl.com with a heart full of Faith, a laptop, a loyal client, and the idea that she could reduce the cost of bookkeeping to pennies on the dollar while providing small businesses with a service they need to grow their businesses effectively. To say she has accomplished that mission would be an understatement.

“I have watched Kim and her team serve not only my clients, but many small business clients with a methodology that has saved thousands of dollars over the years,” one prominent CPA said. “With Kim's leadership and love for her team, clients, and community on top of her never give up spirit, she can only expect that this move to Austin will position Bookkeepergirl.com to grow and succeed in ways that she can't even imagine! I feel blessed to partner with a company with such passion behind it!”

Before Bookkeeper Girl, Kim was a staff accountant for Richard F. Amsberry, P.C., a controller for Oakwood Property Company, and a staff accountant for Cameron Gulley, CPA. She also served as executive director for Meals on Wheels in Callahan County, TX, where she brought in numerous grants and volunteers to support the much-needed program for the elderly citizens of the rural county. Kim continues her charitable works through her company BookkeeperGirl.com, giving back to women’s organizations, education programs, and green initiatives.

Anyone can dispute things on their credit reports-- all consumers have that right; however most don’t know how to effectively dispute transactions for maximum results. The three credit reporting agencies receive thousands of disputes every day. Most of these are processed by a computer and software program that detects similar information to verify accounts. This is the only effective way agencies can handle the volume of disputes because Federal law requires a 30-45 day timeline to respond and close out disputes. If you hire a consumer credit repair company, they only dispute a few things a time to keep you in their programs for as long as you’re willing to pay.

Although I continue to work hard, I have learned that sleep does matter and good planning allows time for s...
